Brighton House Roommate: $450 / 3 br / 2 bath

I have one room in my house available to be rented out; I'm asking 450 and a third of the utilities. This amount is up for a little negotiation, I am looking for someone to rent it out for about six months or more. My house is a ranch style home with a full basement (not finished yet) its 1700 sq ft up and the basement is also 1700 sq ft. I am in the process of finishing the basement and the renter will have the option of moving into the basement after completion for a slight increase in rent. I do have a daughter that is at the house on the weekends and will not tolerate any disrespecting behavior when she is around. Other then that the only thing I ask is to smoke outside not in the house. There is a washer and dryer in the house your more then welcome to use and any other amenity in the house.
